Charter Conditions

 • Charters are for up to 6 persons.

 • All fishing charters must be confirmed by a deposit within 7 days after reservation is made.

 • Balance of payment must be paid in cash at dock prior to departure.

 • Cancellations must be made 20 days prior to date reserved and must be rescheduled.

 • All cancellations not rescheduled and no shows forfeit their deposit.

 • Trips cancelled by weather will be rescheduled or deposit will be refunded. All weather decisions are made by the Captain.

 • Beer is permitted in moderation, cans only. No hard liquor or illegal drugs.

 • Intoxication could be unsafe and will terminate your trip without refund.

 • We release billfish and other fish not intended for the table.

Recommendations

Here are some recommendations to make your Charter Boat Fishing trip smooth and comfortable.

Bring your own food, snacks and beverages in cans or plastic containers.

Wear Soft soled shoes and make sure you bring foul-weather gear.

Don't forget your camera, sunglasses, sunscreen and hat.

Please keep coolers brought on board to a minimum.

Leave cooler for your catch in your vehicle.

Tackle

All bait, tackle and ice is provided. Our tackle is matched to the species sought for your maximum fishing enjoyment. We use conventional bottom rods and spinning tackle and Penn Gold International on custom stand up rods.

All fishing tackle and equipment is top of the line and maintained regularly.
